Part 1 - a list of things that I think I will and won't miss upon leaving Japan.

Will be missed:

• Washlets!!
• Refrigerated drinks and foods
• Convenience Stores
• Onsen
• Understanding what people are saying
• Regular internet access
• Public transport
• Sushi, Hiyashi Chuka, Katsudon 

Good riddance:

• The banking system
• Natto
• "Irasshaimase"
• Pedestrians glued to their smart phones
• Cyclists holding umbrellas (or smart phones)
• Queues in supermarkets
• Salaryman death-breath
